This policy explains how Teroyn ("we") handles information when merchants install our Shopify apps and when visitors use this website.

Data we collect

Our apps collect only the minimum data needed to work: your shop domain, basic store settings, the app configuration you choose, and — only where a feature requires it — limited product or order data accessed through Shopify's APIs. We do not sell personal data.

How we use it

To provide, maintain and support the apps, and to handle billing through Shopify.

GDPR and Shopify mandatory webhooks

We support Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks (customer data request, customer redact and shop redact). When a store uninstalls an app, we delete its data in line with those requests. Merchants and their customers in the EU/EEA have the rights granted by the GDPR, including access, correction and deletion.

This site uses no analytics, trackers or advertising cookies.

Sub-processors

We use hosting and infrastructure providers to run the apps. They process data only on our instructions.
